What are the odds two of my clients would come out of the same backstage tent? I got to see Shantell Ogden and Dakota Bradley both play the Samsung Stage at CMA Fest.

Btw... check Dakota's epk with his incredible story. It involves a house burned down, Ellen Degeneres, Byron Gallimore and Tim Mcgraw.

CMT Edge did a great interview with Radney Foster on his new album "Everything I Should Have Said". We've been working via Skype a bit because his touring right now has been tough! (A quality problem, though).

Judy's News:

Studio work:

We finished all vocals and are now in the middle of mixing the Jenny Tolman project I am producing. As the mixes come in for tweaking I can tell that Mainframe owner/engineer Nathan Smith is as excited about it as I am. . Stay tuned...

I produced vocals for Shantell Ogden on some songs that may be in an upcoming movie. James Ausin Wyle engineered.

Me and Shantell celebrating a great day of final vocals...
I don't know why we're pointing out the pop screen:) HAHA

 Songwriting:

I had two incredibly sweet and productive songwriting sessions recently...a three-way writing session with Paulette Carlson (yes - of Highway 101!!), Michael Stergis (formerly with Crosby Stills & Nash) and veteran songwriter AJ Masters.

AND... our son Peter came up with a very cool groove on guitar. John and I sat in on it with beat and melody - can't wait to see what the muse does with this one!

Presentations:

I was invited by Eric Normand to do a workshop on the voice for the Berklee Jam this month. It was videotaped; I will let you know when viewable.
