I sang background vocals this month for Pastor Chris Hale and his producer Tom Paden at Eclectic Studio, Nick Sparks engineer.  Great, creative session as usual when working with these guys!

Session veteran Michael Black and I sang a demo for Travelina Walker's new Nascar song. We wis her luck... could be huge.

    Runaway Home update:

Many of you may know I'm involved in the ongoing indie rock multimedia multiple-project entity called "Runaway Home". This month we saw a stalled project find its legs again.

Darren has completely re-written the play. The story is simplified and starts farther back in time, giving the roots of the characters' plight. This thing has grown organically and is revealing itself to us finally.

There is forward motion on getting the sizzle reel (trailer) done now that we finally have recorded music for it. I worked with a truly incredible new alternative rock singer Brittany Smith and producer David Vest at his E320 Online studio in Decatur, Alabama. David produced an alt rock version of my songs "Why Can't You See Me' (cowritten with Michael Stergis) and "Light A Candle". This should be enough to light a fire.

Meetings are being scheduled. I will let you know as soon as something is viewable for the public. I'm excited.
